30-Day Returns

We want you to love your Ridgeline tray. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Please include your order number or receipt when you contact us.

How to start a return
Email us at ericsmeels2@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you return instructions within 1 business day.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or defective items
If your tray arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Natural wood variation
Grain pattern and color variation are natural characteristics of solid wood, not defects, and are not eligible for return on that basis alone.
