How fast do you ship?

Every order is packed and handed to the carrier within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. Once it ships, you'll get a tracking link by email.

Is shipping free?

Yes, on orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $6.95.

What's your return policy?

30 days from delivery, no questions asked, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Is it really solid wood?

Where we say solid wood, it's solid wood. Where a piece uses engineered wood or another material instead, we say that plainly in the product description — check the description before you buy if that matters to you.

Why might my piece look slightly different from the photo?

Hand-finished pieces are cut from real material, so grain, tone, and minor dimensions vary piece to piece. That's part of what you're buying, not a defect.
