30-Day Returns

We want you to love your Ridgeline piece. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Please include your order number when you contact us.

How to start a return
Email us at ericsmeels2@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions within 1 business day.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Natural material variation
Grain pattern and color variation are natural characteristics of solid wood and are not eligible for return on that basis alone.
